Skin Secret  products and services are sold through Skin Secret 's network of Independent Consultants, each of which is Sir's independent distributor.

When you register your account online with Skin Secret , you will receive a Skin Secret  identification number ("Skin Secret  ID"). 8. U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Customer Return Policy

Customers (including Preferred Customers) are offered a 45-day money-back guarantee on all Skin Secret  products. Customers who are not entirely satisfied can return the products they purchased for a full refund or product replacement within 45 days of customer's purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional products are non-replaceable and may be replaced with a product of equal value at Skin Secret 's discretion. If Customer Service does not explicitly provide you with a Product Return Authorization number (RMA), please ask them for the RMA. Return packages received without RMA cannot be processed. Independent Advisor Return Policy

Skin Secret  Independent Advisors have the right to return 100% of the purchase price on product inventory and Business Assistants and Business Vehicles purchased within one year of the return date at any time. Skin Secret  may request that the Independent Advisor leave the business relationship as a result of a refund. Skin Secret  Independent Advisors may trade products equally or at similar value.

9.Property and Copyright Restrictions

Skin Secret  owns and operates the Websites. Licensors of the Websites, including, but not limited to, software, content, text, photos, images, graphics, video, audio, hypermedia elements, and compilation ("Content") as a whole, unless specified in Skin Secret  or otherwise. You must comply with any additional copyright notices or restrictions on the Websites or elsewhere. You may not delete author qualifications, legal or proprietary notices on the Websites or elsewhere.

19. COMPENSATION

WE AGREE TO COMPENSATE AND COMPENSATE THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES AND RELATED AUTHORITIES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES FOR ANY LIABILITY, CLAIM, EXPENSE AND DAMAGES, INCLUDING, COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES. 20. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, regardless of the principles of conflict of laws.

21. Arbitration Agreement

Dispute resolution for Skin Secret  Independent Advisors is subject to Skin Secret  Independent Advisor Policies and Procedures. If you are not a Skin Secret  Independent Advisor, you agree that you and Skin Secret  will resolve any dispute between us through binding and final arbitration rather than court proceedings. Any arbitration initiated pursuant to this section waives the right (each a "Claim") to be judged by a jury of any disputes, claims, counterclaims or other disputes arising out between you and Skin Secret  in connection with the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C§ 1 and its continuation, the Service or this Agreement. All Claims will be submitted by JAMS for binding arbitration pursuant to the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures ("JAMS Rules") or equivalent rules and procedures in force during arbitration. Arbitration will be heard and determined by a single arbitrator. In any such arbitration, the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on the parties and can be applied in any competent judicial court.

If you show that arbitration costs will be obstructive compared to litigation costs, Skin Secret  will pay the administrative costs and arbitrator fees required for arbitration as much as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration costs from being obstructive. . In the final decision, the arbitrator may share the costs of arbitration and the arbitrator's compensation between the parties in amounts that the arbitrator deems appropriate.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from taking action by federal, state or local government agencies. You and Skin Secret  also have the right to bring qualified claims to the small claims court. And you and.

Skin Secret  reserves the right to apply to any competent court for a temporary settlement, including pre-arbitration foreclosures or injunctions, and any such request shall not be deemed incompatible with this Agreement or waive its right to submit disputes to arbitration. as set out in this Agreement.

Neither you nor Skin Secret  shall act as a class representative or special prosecutor in connection with any Allegations or participate as a member of a class of plaintiffs. Claims cannot be arbitrated on a class or representation basis. The Arbitrator may only decide on your and/or Skin Secret 's individual Requests. The Arbitrator may not combine or combine the claims of other persons or parties that may be positioned in a similar manner.

If any provision of this Section 20 is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this particular provision shall not be effective and shall be terminated in any way, but the remainder of this Section 20 will remain in full force and effect. RIGHT TO CERTAIN SOLUTIONS AND HELP FORMS. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU OR Skin Secret  MAY HAVE IN COURT MAY ALSO NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THE INVESTIGATION.

22. Waiver

Any delay or negligence by any party in exercising any right or authority upon any violation or default by the other party in connection with any condition of this Agreement shall not harm or waive any such right or authority. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be waived or 

only if changed

in writing and only by the party that has the right to benefit from the waiver or amended terms(s) or terms(s). Unless otherwise stated, all solutions provided in this Agreement will be cumulative and will not be in addition to and will not be replaced by any other means of resolution that any party may use legally, equitably or otherwise.

23. Unenforceability

In the event that any provision or any part of this Agreement, sentence, clause, sentence or other part of it is deemed unenforceable or invalid for any reason, provided that the fundamental consideration to sign this Agreement on behalf of any party shall be made
