If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us within 30 days of purchase, Skin Secret will refund you. Products must be returned in their original packaging (opened or unopened). Store credits will be credited to your account up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In addition, automatic shipment orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the returned amount. Skin Secret does not refund shipping and transport fees. Distributors/Preferred Customers can return goods by completing the following process:

You will receive appropriate return instructions from a Skin Secret Representative.

The Refund Policy is as follows:

After the product is received and reviewed (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within two (2) business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take another 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to your credit account.
